- Chemistry: 56/69 ranked 44/100+ Not happy about that. Not at all. Soooo many of my mistakes were silly. I looked through the paper and the most basic things were overlooked MgF WHO WRITES MGF? ITS MGF2 LOSERFACE! So yeah, after tallying how many mistakes I made, I calculated my would be mark if I actually checked my paper in the few minutes I had let at the end AND I COULD HAVE GOTTEN 63! BOOOOOO
- English: Pretty bad. like 75% bad but my entire graded did bad so I ranked 24/167 :P
- Biology: 46/54 ranked 18th out 100+ I'm happy with that because I didn't really study for anything except legal cause it's all content based and there's sooo much to remember. So all my time and effort went into that and all my other subjects go t a quick read over my book :S
- Art: 24/25 ranked 1 (H)
- Maths: EHE ! I did terribly. Like super super bad as in 52% bad. Ranked 18th though. Which I found incredibly amusing
- Legal: 42/50 ranked 12 out of 80+ Mixed feelings about legal because I had to write an essay and I did pretty well in that but the multiple choice and short answer... silly mistakes :P And teh essay, I didn't really want to do well in cause I was arguing for abortion laws to be eradicated and yeah.. not fun

More school new for you!
Dear Ate, Rank slips are the most daunting thing year 11 students face. Seniors in general actually. But I guess in year 12 it matters more so I probably shouldn't be worrying too much. Point is, I had my half yearlies at the beginning of this term and with the results came rank slips. I told you the next few posts will be all about school... Ok so I got:

Just another suggestion..
Hey you!
Another song suggestion:
Another song suggestion:
They Bring me to you by Joshua Radin
"The sunrise tried to end it while we tried to stay
The rest of my life can't compare to this night
~
I love you more tonight than I, more than yesterday
The rest of my life can't compare to this night
And only the heartaches have given me sighs
They bring me to you :)"

Subway Eat Fresh
Dear Ate,
I believe mother dear has already informed you that I have a job. Not really, it's like.. trial and selection period. The bread looks really weird before they bake it... I don't know if you want to know so I shall not divulge such disturbing information :P I don't know if that sentence made sense...
Anyway, it's year eleven half yearlies right now! That's right, second day back and we have exams *claps* Done with English and Art and they went ok I guess. Didn't run out of time like I usually do. So that's always a good start. But I'm so screwed for legal. There is so much content to remember. And gah! So much analysing of the law and the effectiveness it has on individuals and society and blahblahblah big words in latin I do not understand D:
Enough about that... my head hurts. I don't know why. Maybe it's cause I'm thirsty. I almost wrote Thursday. How weird. I want to go to an information evening at UNSW for the Science courses. It's on May 12 at the Scientia building. I don't know if I'm allowed though :/ And that mdear is all I have to report,

New Directions
If you didn't get the reference to glee and their club name, then boo you. If you did, congrats ! In other news, I got a haircut. Which you already saw on facebook. It's so weird and short ! Also, I sent you the story. Whether you wanted it or not :P It's up to you if you end up reading it.
My friends had a joint birthday thing at livo the other day and it was really good. We had a bible study at livo library first and then lunch and yeah. It was good :) I want to join a youth group but I'm not sure if I'd be allowed :/
...I was trying to drag this blog post out so it sounded like i had a lot to say and this blog actually had a purpose but honestly, I just saw a packet of pop tarts on sale and it reminded me of Joel. LOL Just thought I'd pass on the message...

Draw me a picture louie
Hi you! Long time no blog and I know I said I'd try to blog for you more often. But I never had anything much to say. Dot points !
- I didn't end up trying out for the art short course thing. Kinda regret that now but I had nothing to submit and it would take like two weeks off school and after missing three days, I don't really want to.
- Remember when you gave me that foundation cause it was shiny and I was like "iIll use it when I have a vampire party" as a joke? Well I DID have a Vampire party. Did I remember to use it? No. How annoying
- I wrote a short story for English extension. We're doing Gothic so it's allowed to be disturbing. Muahahahahaha. It's a static story. As in nothing happens and if you were to unwrap it all, and put into simpler terms, it's just a girl sitting in a chair freaking out. At least that's what I tried to portray but I don't know if I did it well :/ Again, let me know if you want it.
Enough about you. Shoo. Go bring Joel here please.
Hi Joel! Are you busy? (this is where you say uhh no). Ok.. lame. And if you didn't get that then I feel even lamer. Let's start again.
Happy Birthday Joel! Yes. I know it's late. But hey better late than never yeah? I'll keep this short and sweet. The last digit of you age has risen by one but does it really matter? Not really. Basically, I'd just like to say thank you for loving my sister as much as you do. Slipping into this family as well as you do. I honestly do see you as a brother now. I remember that time you visited us shortly after I came back from--- HEY IT'S 11:11 MAKE A WISH.. Anyway. Came back from Easter show. And me being the sweet tooth I am bought all candy show bags and you and I were sitting in front of the tv pigging out on them. Good times yeah? :P
Well now I have given up sweets for Lent and I am going a tad crazy. I'm trying to find loopholes but the closest I can get is yoghurt. Which isn't nearly satisfying enough. Anywho, enough about me. Call Ate back in! Although, I doubt she even left.
To both of you I say: Congratulations on getting engaged. It's been a while since it all started but why does that mean it's too late to congratulate? (yay for rhyming? :P) Every day you guys spend together is an achievement that is worth congratulating. And I have reason to believe that on top of all the stress that is the planning of this wedding and all the negativity coming from others, it would be nice to hear a friendly comment and a little encouragement. So yes. I shall be that positive voice ! *salutes*
You both are wonderful people who deserve the most fantastic wedding ever and wherever that ends up being or however you want it to turn out, I'm sure it will be perfect. Not just because of your planning skills but the fact that you guys are actually getting married. Cause in the end, that's what makes a wedding perfect right? So basically, I'm saying, stress less. Step back from all the planning once in a while and all the necessities of it to look at the big picture and say "hey, I'm marrying the bestest person in the world." Now if that doesn't make you feel better, I'm sorry but I have run out of ideas XP
I think I've dragged on enough... I'll leave you kids to it. Byeee !

For The First Time
Dear Ate,
I am so very tired right now. So much basketball lately ! Normal Wednesday sport, Zone competition on Monday where we played three games and first two rounds of tryouts for knockouts... Tis fun though
Anywho, just thought I'd like to warn you that your letters will probably mostly about school. For example, the more I do legal, the more I realise I don't think I could be a lawyer.
I can argue well. Constant arguments and debates have told me that but I don't think I agree with everything and some aspects of the law go against my personal morals. Becoming a lawer would mean letting go of all that and taking on society's values and there's no room for individualism. But what if they clash? It's a 'your loss' situation and I don't think I could fight for something or someone if I don't truly believe in it. Maybe I should take up environmental law...
oh and I might be doing an art course at some uni. National School of Arts or something. I want to. I really do. But I don't know which area of art I should do. Photography or drawing. Drawing I'm better at but photography is more fun so I dno.. I'll figure it out eventually. I have a month to apply anyway.

School
Dear Ate,
First week of school. Senior year. Preliminary HSC. PHWOAR ! Mind blowing. Nah not really. It isn't too bad. I love my subjects. I love my classes. I'm a happy chappy :D Although, I'm scared for Chem because my teacher said it would be relatively intense. so far we've just eben going over junior work so it doesn't seem too difficult yet. But when we start learning new things I'll be all
Bio seems pretty interesting but I can't understand my teacher D: He has an Egyptian accent :P Legal ! oh my gosh I love legal ^^ There are mock trials this year and I put my name down for it but I don't know if I'm going to get in :/ I don't think I will. I talk a lot but I'm a bad public speaker D:
Erm what else do I do.... Art ! Sounds intense... :P All the art movements from prehistory to now crammed into 3 terms!! Or four.. don't really remember.
English I like because the teacher seems to like me cause I'm reading the Illiad :D First lesson she asked me what books I was reading and yeah.. booyah :P Thank you for that ^^
Maths. Oh my gosh. All the students that took up Extension maths make 6 or so classes. And they're all learning at a relatively fast pace and it isn't a complete different subject. They just get more maths periods and it's a continuation. And because I'm doing 2U, my class is REALLY small and the teacher seems to have so little faith in us. We spent this whole week doing stuff from like year 9 D: I think I regret not doing extension maths :/ But then I don't think I could handle 3U so I dno :/ Apparently the other 2U class' teacher was like "Aim for 60% but by next year you'll probably all be in standard... I'M SCARED ATE
Enough about my school and my subjects :P
